Contact us within 3 days of delivery for a return authorization
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
Condition of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Due to the nature of these items, they can not be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
